BASED ON RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS TRAINING.


A true blend of cardio, core strengthening and flexibility exercise, designed specially for dancers, rhythmic gymnasts, figure skating and similar activity athletes.
The exercise explicitly target the hamstrings, gluts, hip flexors, and various muscle groups. The focus is to strengthen and lengthen these muscles to improve jumps, increase extensions, and enhance elasticity without injuries through proper techniques.
The classes also place a high emphasis on strengthening the core and back muscles to enable control in body position and rotation movements such as turns.
